Barefoot Offroad, LLC's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
At Barefoot Offroad, LLC, we strive to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee the workmanship of all of our products for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return all or part of the order without an RMA number to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Merchandise returned after 31 days is completely at the discretion of Barefoot Offroad, LLC. A 15% restock fee may apply and store credit will be issued for the balance.

  • A Return Goods Authorization RMA number must accompany all returns after 30 days, and for items with problems (missing parts, damaged etc.) no matter when they are being returned
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • All merchandise returned prior to the required 31 day return period, must be in original condition (un-installed), in original boxes and include all original packaging, manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid a restock fee.
  • Barefoot Offroad, LLC can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. Barefoot Offroad, LLC is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
  • Serial numbers cannot be altered.
  • Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
  • Any restocking fee we use will be a reflection on current market value. We do not support attempts to profit on pro-rate adjustments or price fluctuations.

Barefoot Offroad, LLC does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. Barefoot Offroad, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused immediately; or within the first 10 days of delivery (no claims can be filed after 10 days of delivery).

If your shipment was delivered unseen by you and is damaged, please call the carrier who delivered it and report the damage.

After contacting the carrier, please call our Customer Service at 1-888-672-3305, for further assistance.

Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. We act as the agent between you, the customer, and the manufacturer. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact our customer service department and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings.

Barefoot Offroad, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees or any other costs incurred while the item is being inspected or replaced.

Warranties are non-transferable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.
Exclusions from Warranties

  • Electrical and computer items.
  • Tires.
  • Any problem from misuse or improper installation.
  • Damage to your vehicle.
  • Consequential costs or damages.
  • Racing or Competition, unless the product is specifically designed for racing or competition. Item must by labelled "For Competition Use"


Order Policy
Forms of Payment

  • Credit Cards
    We accept all major credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
  • Checks
    We accept checks for US based banks only. Orders paid with a check will be processed immediately and may require up to 10 business days to ship. 
  • Paypal 
    We accept Paypal as a form of payment. Orders paid via Paypal will only ship to the address on the transaction page. This is normally your primary verified address listed in your Paypal account. Orders paid via Paypal are not eligible for shipping to a shipping service and can not be redirected once shipped. Please verify your shipping address prior to placing an order using Paypal. 

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Barefoot Offroad, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Order Cancellation
We understand things come up, and we will gladly cancel your order at your request prior to shipping.  
In addition, special orders or for items not normally stocked by BFOR cannot be canceled once submitted.
To cancel an order for a stocked item that has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department to determine if order cancellation can be processed. 
Cancelled orders may be subject to a processing fee.

Multiple product orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Other conditions
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Barefoot Offroad, LLC reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-Of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Barefoot Offroad, LLC is not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or throughout any such site.


Warranty Policy
Barefoot Offroad guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.


Product Pricing Policy
While Barefoot Offroad does our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.
With respect to items sold by barefootoffroad.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:

  1. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  2. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:
  • Your order will be held, and we will attempt to contact you for further instruction regarding you order
  • Your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately


Important sales tax information
Barefoot Offroad, Inc. collects state sales tax on purchases in Washington. In any other state imposing sales or use tax, Barefoot Offroad is not obligated to, and does not, collect state sales tax on your purchase. For those states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Placing your order on the internet or by any other remote means does NOT exempt your purchase from tax. Certain states may require us to provide an annual notice to you of your purchases, and to notify your state tax department of your annual purchases. Details for reporting your untaxed purchases, filing a tax return and paying any tax may be found on the tax department website for your state of residence.


Typographical / Photographical Errors
We offer in excess of 20,000 parts and are constantly reviewing this web site for accuracy and completeness. However, we will not be held responsible for any typographical or photo-graphical errors. We reserve the right to modify the price, description and/or photograph of any item without notification. Photographs are intended to be representative and may not reflect the actual product being offered.
